Management briefing
Trading performance
The result, the reasons and the few things that need action for the selected stores and week.
Weekly product-quality review
Review aggregate service activity, then record whether real users completed useful work. Counts alone do not establish acceptance.
How to read this briefingFreshness, definitions, comparisons and how recommendations are produced
The briefing opens on the latest completed week. The current week remains available as an explicit week-to-date view.
Freshness is being assessed.
Franchise uses EPOS gross profit. Hobbycraft uses GR margin share: 50% of product margin, 50% of events margin and 75% of F&B margin. Weekly Hobbycraft profit/loss is margin share less £1,109.66 per store. They are never added together.
Week-on-week compares adjacent franchise weeks; Hobbycraft compares adjacent trading days. Year-on-year requires an exact aligned prior date and is shown as unavailable when missing.
The model can select from deterministic evidence-linked candidates but cannot invent drivers, actions or evidence. Confidence, counter-signals and limitations remain visible.
Useful and issue feedback is stored against the assessment, priority and evidence IDs for review. It does not alter source data or automatically train future recommendations.
